HISTORIC RENOVATION

Flintlock Ltd finds practical solutions for historic homes. We have an understanding and appreciation for historic building methods and an ability to integrate modern construction technologies sensitively. Preserving old homes while making them livable is our favorite challenge. We also provide historic tax credit and historic review board experience, along with a hands on construction phase assistance to find solutions as opportunities arise.

BRIARTOWN COTTAGES

in association with Robert Sharp Architect and John Massengale Architect

The Walton Family Foundation has provided a grant to the Community Development Corporation of Bentonville/Bella Vista to develop schematic designs for four auxiliary dwelling units in downtown Bentonville, Arkansas. The design specifications and construction documents will be shared free of charge with the general public and commercial developers. All materials will be housed on a public online portal, with the goal of encouraging additional affordable housing development in Bentonville and downtown markets.
