Flintlock Ltd Co is serving as Town Architect for Specialized Real Estate Group’s new conservation community. Markham Hill is a neighborhood of timeless homes, grouped together to preserve natural habitat, water quality, and scenic vistas. Flintlock is providing architectural and landscape architectural conceptual design, design development, and full permit drawings for roughly 32 homes and associated accessory dwelling units and landscape spaces in the first phase of development. Flintlock is also providing individual, sourced interior design packages tailored to each home plan, as well as residential planting plans, hardscape plans, and fence and wall designs.
